Thigh Liposuction
Thigh liposuction removes excess fat from the inner, frontal, and outer thighs to create a more proportional and flattering contoured look. Women are anatomically predisposed to fat accumulation around the pelvis and thighs, making inner thigh liposuction the most commonly requested variant — particularly where fat causes the thighs to rub together uncomfortably. The procedure is not a treatment for cellulite or a substitute for weight management, but rather a precision body-contouring solution.

Normal activities can resume as early as two weeks post-treatment
Ideal Candidates for Thigh Liposuction
Eligibility is assessed based on current weight, health status, lifestyle habits, and skin elasticity. Candidates should be as close to their ideal weight as possible and must have firm, elastic skin in the target area for the best results. Smokers are not recommended for the procedure as smoking significantly slows the recovery process, and conditions affecting blood circulation may also disqualify a candidate.
How the Procedure Is Conducted
A tumescent local anaesthetic solution is first administered via cannula to reduce bleeding and discomfort. A vibrating micro-cannula attached to a vacuum pump is then inserted through small incisions — the solution and liquefied fat are carefully suctioned out together. Our surgeon removes only enough fat to maintain the body's natural contours, as over-removal can result in loose skin and stretch marks.
Treating Dense Saddlebag Fat
For patients with particularly dense fat deposits on the inner thighs — often referred to as saddlebags — the clinic uses Tickle Lipo, a technique employing a specialised cannula that liquefies fat through notational infrasonic vibrations before suctioning it out. This approach is minimally invasive and does not interfere with the patient's nerves, blood vessels, or surrounding tissue. The final appearance is smooth and natural.
Risks and Recovery
Some patients may experience loose skin or stretch marks if skin elasticity is insufficient or if too much fat has been removed — all risks are discussed transparently during consultation. The improved look is evident immediately, and patients can leave the facility on the same day. Compression garments should be worn for at least four weeks, with full recovery taking three to six months.
